About The Position

Responsible for basic prep work in the kitchen.

Requirements

• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when responsibilities involve customer relations.
• Must also be capable of interaction with all levels of management and present a professional manner at all times.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 30lbs, bend, stoop, climb, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods.
• May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment.
• Must be at least 18.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
• Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period

Responsibilities

• Must ensure that all food on food line is restocked, maintained at required temperatures and is distributed according to set portion controls at all times.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the food line and ensures that all areas are kept up to corporate standards for public space viewing.
• Responsible for making sure plates are ready before sending out to tables, including but not limited to; ensuring sides and sauces are added, wiping down plates, and ensuring they make it to the proper location.
• All other duties as assigned.
