Breast Mammographer Lead Days
About The Position
In collaboration with leadership, this role is responsible for the oversight of quality control duties for maintaining compliance with various regulatory agencies. The Breast Mammographer Lead assumes a leadership role in the department under the direction of a supervisor/manager. This position assists with staff scheduling, oversees day-to-day floor operations within Breast Care Services, and monitors customer and employee satisfaction results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. The Lead also assists the manager with payroll duties as assigned, monitors and tracks education requirements for regulatory compliance, and may lead special projects assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in healthcare or related field
- Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
- 3 Years of relevant experience
- CRT-Radiographer (R) ARRT-American Register of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire
- CRT-Mammography (M) ARRT-American Register of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire
- BLS required from American Heart Association or Red Cross Upon Hire.
