About The Position
Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a reliable and energetic Breakfast Cook for the Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough. This role is crucial as the breakfast service is a highlight for guests. The Breakfast Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality breakfast items, including signature made-to-order omelets, and will interact directly with guests. The position requires punctuality for early shifts and a friendly, professional attitude. Requirements
- Previous experience as a short-order or line cook is preferred, but willing to train the right personality.
- Ability to handle a high volume of orders during peak breakfast hours.
- A friendly, professional "front-of-house" attitude since you will be interacting directly with guests.
- Punctuality for early shifts is a must.
Responsibilities
- Prepare made-to-order omelets with a smile.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized omelet station and buffet line.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (HACCP) to ensure every meal is safe and delicious.
- Work closely with the breakfast attendants and servers to ensure the dining area remains seamless and welcoming.
