Breakfast Attendant
About The Position
Breakfast Attendants assemble and disassemble breakfast buffets and ensure the buffet remains well-stocked. In full-service establishments, they receive customer orders, communicate them to kitchen staff, and clear tables. The role is hourly and paid bi-weekly, with a breakfast shift of 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the HOT161 - HAM-Short Pump location in Henrico, Virginia. The position reports to the General Manager. Requirements
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to all guests.
- Set up and maintain the breakfast bar according to brand standards.
- Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day.
- Prepare items such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentrate.
- Arrange cold food such as pastries and cereals.
- Clear and clean tables as they are vacated.
- Prepare and set up hot food items.
- Restock items throughout breakfast hours and for the next day.
- Wash serving equipment and return it to storage.
- Perform other duties, projects, and tasks assigned by management.
