About The Position

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Set up the breakfast buffet and keep food stocked and attractively presented.
• Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed.
• Keep the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and service stations, clean and organized.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards, including proper food storage and temperature control.
• Assist guests with special requests or dietary needs.
• Clear tables promptly and reset them for incoming guests.
• Restock and organize breakfast supplies.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management immediately.
• Assist with kitchen duties, including dishwashing and light food preparation, as needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Work cooperatively with team members to support efficient breakfast service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
