About The Position
As a Breakfast Attendant, you will help create a warm, welcoming, and satisfying dining experience for guests each morning. You will prepare, set up, and maintain the breakfast area while ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and friendly guest service. The role includes preparing simple breakfast items, monitoring and replenishing food, assisting guests, and cleaning the breakfast area and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock the breakfast area with food, beverages, utensils, and supplies.
- Prepare simple breakfast items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, and pre-packaged foods.
- Keep the dining area clean, organized, and inviting.
- Monitor food quality and temperature and replenish items as needed.
- Greet guests and answer questions about breakfast offerings.
- Clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling.
- Assist with inventory and notify management about low-stock items.
- Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
