About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Breakfast Attendant to provide excellent service to guests during breakfast hours. The Breakfast Attendant sets up and maintains the breakfast area, prepares and serves food and drinks, and helps ensure guests have a positive experience. The successful candidate has strong customer service skills and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, including laying linens, setting up tableware, and arranging centerpieces.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, and pastries, along with coffee, tea, and other drinks.
• Ensure the breakfast area is clean and well-stocked at all times.
• Assist guests with questions or needs.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
