About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant provides complimentary breakfast service at the Embassy Suites by Hilton South Bend at Notre Dame. The role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through friendly, upbeat service, helping guests find food, beverages, and service items, and keeping the breakfast area clean, tidy, and organized. The attendant also ensures the food service station remains stocked and complies with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make the guest experience special.
• Help guests locate food, beverages, and service items in the breakfast area.
• Keep the breakfast area tidy and organized throughout service.
• Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
