About The Position

This is a Brand Strategy & Digital Intern position for Summer 2026. The intern will be supervised by Marketing Strategy Managers, the Digital Director, and the Director of Marketing Strategy. The role involves conducting competitive audits, assisting with campaign oversight, creating AI personas, supporting training channel engagements, conducting website audits and CMS updates, performing AEO audits, providing AI application support, auditing distributor websites, and exploring channel feedback on merchandiser prototypes.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in undergraduate program (business preferred)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Strong organizational and communications skills required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a competitive audit analyzing the competitive landscape at and around Tarkett Commercial’s largest annual event, Fulton Market Design Days.
  • Assist in the oversight and completion of the “Power of a Bond” campaign launching in September.
  • Finish the creation of AI personas and load into Strategical, our AI Persona Worklab.
  • Assist in enabling live and virtual Johnsonite Wall Base training channel engagements.
  • Audit Johnsonite pages on Tarkett.com, especially millwork pages vs. established competitive set to share optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct commercial website CMS updates working with the digital team.
  • Conduct an AEO Audit for specifier intent.
  • Provide AI application support working with Digital team.
  • Audit top distributor website set to determine if brand content/container can be published.
  • Explore channel feedback on POP merchandiser prototype.
