Every Man Jack is looking for a Brand Strategist who thinks in consumer truth and executes in culture. This person is the consumer lens for the Marketing organization, the one who understands who our guy is, what he cares about, what moves him, and how to translate that into marketing that earns his attention. You are a campaign builder, a cultural detector, and a creative collaborator who makes the work stronger at every stage. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing, you will sit at the intersection of consumer insight, cultural intelligence, and cross-channel strategy. You will help lead how we ideate campaigns, build integrated marketing programs, and show up in the moments that matter to our consumer. This role requires equal parts strategic rigor and creative instinct, and the ability to move fast.
