About The Position

The Brand Representative plays a crucial role in providing guests with a world-class shopping experience while contributing to the overall success and profitability of the retail business. The role involves helping guests find merchandise and offering styling recommendations, supporting sales goals, maintaining product knowledge and store presentation, handling transactions and inventory tasks, and following company policies and procedures. The position requires availability to work nights and weekends and is open to applicants who are at least 18 years old.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Ability to climb occasionally to frequently.
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate registers, scanners, and other electronic equipment.
Visual and auditory abilities sufficient to complete essential tasks.
Ability to communicate with others to exchange information.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, determine their needs, help them find suitable merchandise, and offer styling recommendations.
Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and provide a world-class guest experience.
Maintain thorough knowledge of merchandise features, benefits, and pricing.
Keep shelves and displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Keep the store clean, neat, and well-maintained.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts.
Follow company policies, procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols.
Process returns and exchanges according to company policy while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Report to work as scheduled, accurately record time worked, and remain flexible to the needs of the business.
