About The Position

The Brand Representative provides guests with a world-class shopping experience while contributing to the success and profitability of the retail business. The role includes welcoming guests, understanding their needs, helping them find merchandise, offering styling recommendations, and supporting sales goals. Representatives also maintain product knowledge and store presentation, process transactions and returns, assist with inventory tasks, and follow company policies and safety protocols. The position is at the Mayfaire Town Center location in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry items up to 25 pounds.
Ability to climb occasionally to frequently.
Sufficient manual dexterity to operate registers, scanners, and other electronic equipment.
Sufficient visual and auditory abilities to complete essential tasks.
Sufficient ability to communicate with others to exchange information.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, determine their needs, help them find merchandise, and offer styling recommendations.
Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and deliver a world-class guest experience.
Maintain thorough product knowledge, including merchandise features, benefits, and pricing.
Keep shelves and displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Keep the store clean, neat, and well-maintained.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts.
Follow company policies, procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols.
Process returns and exchanges according to company policy while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Report to work as scheduled, accurately record time worked, and remain flexible to business needs.
