About The Position

ThirdChannel is hiring a freelance, independent-contractor Brand Representative to support a leading wireless and connectivity brand through in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality-control visits. The representative serves as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, conducting recurring visits to assess product quality, improve brand visibility, and maintain the brand’s presence at assigned locations.

Each store visit lasts one hour and is scheduled twice per month; the number of assigned stores and total monthly hours vary by market. Initial visits begin with an audit, followed by visits to resolve issues, and transition to visual merchandising as the year progresses. This is a flexible supplemental-income opportunity, with start dates available after certification.

Requirements

• Friendly, engaging personality and excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability.
• Comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation for travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity running iOS 17.0 or later, or Android 10.0 or later.
• Complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recurring in-store audits of product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Carry out initial audits, follow-up visits to resolve identified issues, and visual merchandising visits as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff with resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data and photos in real time.
• Maintain accurate and timely audit submissions and a well-maintained brand presence across assigned retail locations.
