About The Position

ThirdChannel is hiring a freelance, independent-contractor Brand Representative to conduct recurring in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality-control visits for a wireless and connectivity brand. The representative serves as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, evaluating product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions; addressing display issues with retail staff; and helping maintain a strong brand presence across assigned locations.

Store visits are one hour and scheduled twice per month, with the number of stores and monthly hours varying by market. Visits begin with an audit, continue with follow-ups to resolve issues, and transition to visual merchandising as the year progresses. Representatives use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos. This is a flexible supplemental-income opportunity, with start dates available after certification.

Requirements

• Friendly, engaging personality and excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability.
• Comfort navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity running iOS 17.0 or later, or Android 10.0 or later.
• Complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recurring in-store audits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Complete follow-up visits to resolve issues identified during initial audits.
• Perform visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff with resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
• Maintain an accurate, timely, and well-maintained brand presence across assigned retail locations.
