About The Position

ThirdChannel is hiring a freelance, independent-contractor Brand Representative to support a leading wireless and connectivity brand through recurring in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality-control visits. The representative serves as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, evaluating product quality and presentation and helping maintain a strong brand presence across assigned locations.

Store visits last one hour and are scheduled twice per month; the number of stores and total monthly hours vary by market. Initial visits begin with an audit, followed by visits to resolve identified issues, and transition to visual merchandising as the year progresses. Scheduling is flexible and coordinated directly with store management. A Brand Rep Certification must be completed before starting, and immediate start dates are available upon certification.

Requirements

• Friendly, engaging personality and excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability.
• Tech-savvy, with comfort navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity running iOS 17.0 or later, or Android 10.0 or later.
• Complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recurring, structured in-store audits of product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Perform follow-up visits to resolve issues identified during audits and transition to visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Help retail staff resolve brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
• Maintain accurate, on-time audits and a well-maintained brand presence at assigned retail locations.
