About The Position

ThirdChannel is hiring a freelance, independent-contractor Brand Representative to support a leading wireless and connectivity brand through recurring in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality-control visits. The representative serves as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, evaluating product presentation and store conditions, addressing display issues, and helping strengthen the brand’s in-store experience.

Visits are one hour long and scheduled twice per month; the number of assigned stores and total monthly hours vary by market. Visit work begins with an audit, continues with follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions to visual merchandising as the year progresses. This is a flexible supplemental-income opportunity. Immediate start dates are available after completing certification.

Requirements

• Friendly, engaging personality and excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability.
• Comfort using mobile reporting tools and general technology.
• Reliable transportation to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal internet-connected smart device running iOS 17.0 or later, or Android 10.0 or later.
• Complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recurring structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Complete initial audits, follow-up visits to resolve issues, and visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff with resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
• Maintain accurate, timely audits and a well-maintained brand presence at assigned retail locations.
