About The Position

The Brand Project Manager supports the Senior Creative Project Manager in executing creative production strategies and managing day-to-day project workflows. This role helps coordinate resources, track timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards across a high volume of creative projects. As a detail-oriented communicator and collaborator, the Brand Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to keep projects moving efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and is passionate about creative operations and process excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of project coordination or management experience, preferably in a creative, agency, or marketing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (Workfront, Airtable, Smartsheet) - 3-5 years in Workfront required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of creative projects (600+ annually) by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.
  • Assist in managing project intake mechanisms, scheduling resources, and maintaining calendars for shoots, reviews, and asset delivery.
  • Use project management tools to assign tasks, monitor progress, and flag potential delays or dependencies.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external partners; provide timely updates and follow-ups.
  • Assist in tracking production budgets and vendor invoices; support cost optimization efforts under the guidance of the Senior Creative Project Manager.
  • Help document workflows, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as file organization, meeting coordination, and documentation to support creative operations.
