About The Position

Own day-to-day management of the brand portfolio, translating strategy into execution while ensuring alignment across innovation, packaging, sales needs, digital ecosystem, and brand positioning. Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans with a strong emphasis on digital, social, and content-driven growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, and communications required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and set priorities

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving

  • Formal presentation skills
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management platforms
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns

  • Familiarity with content strategy, influencer marketing, and performance analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in CPG/food manufacturing preferred.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, social scheduling tools, and/or digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of brand strategies across all brands
  • Maintain consistency across packaging, messaging, campaigns, and digital channels
  • Manage brand positioning and storytelling across owned, earned, and paid media
  • Lead brand presence across digital channels including social media, website, digital shelf, and eCommerce platforms
  • Partner with internal teams and external partners to create high-quality, on-brand digital content
  • Analyze digital performance and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Partner with R&D on: product pipeline, brand refresh opportunities, concept validation
  • Support go-to-market plans for new products
  • Own end-to-end packaging process
  • Implement and manage process and timelines
  • Develop sell-in materials and retailer presentations
  • Partner with Sales on: retailer-specific needs, promotions and activations
  • Act as bridge between Sales and Marketing
  • Manage agencies and freelancers: graphic design, content creation, video production
  • Ensure delivery of on-brand, on-time assets
  • Translate data (Nielsen, shopper insights) into actionable plans
  • Monitor brand performance and recommend adjustments
  • Plan and execute brand-aligned philanthropy initiatives and campaigns
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Marketing, Sales, and Operations
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and partner relationships
