About The Position

Eulerity is an AI-native marketing automation platform serving enterprise brands like Mastercard, UPS Store, and Uber Eats. We automate digital advertising for thousands of franchise and multi-location businesses. We are seeking a Brand Marketing Strategist for a senior role to manage client relationships, focusing on client growth and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is comfortable discussing strategy with C-suite executives and analyzing campaign dashboards, proactively identifying issues and providing data-backed recommendations. Experience in turning flat renewals into expansions through insightful questioning is highly valued.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in account management, digital marketing, or client strategy, preferably in advertising, tech, or media.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts, not just maintaining them.
  • Hands-on experience with paid digital channels: Google Ads, Meta, Display, YouTube, or similar.
  • Comfort turning performance data into a clear narrative and concrete recommendation with a strong point of view.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of educating clients, leading senior stakeholder meetings, and navigating difficult conversations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker with a problem-solving, consultative approach.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of multi-location and franchise brands as their primary strategic partner.
  • Run a high-touch onboarding process to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Build and lead campaign and business reviews that provide insights and strategic recommendations beyond basic reporting.
  • Develop customized, cross-channel marketing plans (Google Search, Meta, YouTube, Display, etc.) aligned with client business objectives.
  • Partner with Technical Account Managers to monitor delivery, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities within the client portfolio through thoughtful upselling.
  • Act as the internal client advocate, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve issues and ensure delivery.
  • Educate clients on the full capabilities of the Eulerity platform and industry shifts.
