This role will support brand marketing initiatives across social media, content development, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an interest in marketing strategy and content, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting brand-building activities that drive awareness, engagement, and demand.

Requirements

  • Interest in Marketing: Demonstrated interest in brand marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize information, identify trends, and support data-driven insights.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Technical Familiarity: Basic familiarity with social media platforms and Microsoft Office tools; experience with marketing tools is a plus.
  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or with 1-3 years experience with similar focus

Responsibilities

  • Support Social Media Execution: Assist in the development, scheduling, and performance tracking of social media content across key platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct Competitive Analysis: Perform structured benchmarking and competitive analysis to evaluate market positioning, messaging, and campaign activity across key competitors.
  • Support Thought Leadership Content: Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to support development of strategic communications and thought leadership content.
  • Assist with Content Development: Help coordinate creation of marketing assets including blog posts, social content, and campaign materials aligned to brand guidelines.
  • Support Campaign Execution: Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including asset management, timelines, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Track and Report Performance: Monitor key marketing metrics and support reporting efforts to evaluate campaign and content effectiveness.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Support adherence to brand guidelines and messaging frameworks across content and channels.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with global marketing, creative, and external partners to support execution of brand initiatives.
