About The Position

Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team whose field professionals service retail locations across North America. The company works with beauty brands and provides in-store support at retailers including Sephora, ULTA, and Bluemercury. It reports having more than 200 beauty professionals servicing over 3,000 doors in the U.S. and Canada and being named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. As a Brand Market Specialist, you represent assigned beauty brands in retail stores and help increase sales and brand awareness. Success in the role involves creating a strong in-store presence and driving sales. This is a fluctuating, part-time, seasonal opportunity, with a schedule that varies monthly according to scheduling needs. The role may involve anywhere from 0 to 20 hours per month, depending on brand and retailer needs and availability.

Requirements

Beauty retail experience.
Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of the in-store retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence.
Ability to motivate others and work as part of a team.
Availability to work weekends.
Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image in a polished and professional manner.
Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within the territory.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness.
Establish and develop strong relationships with store teams.
Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstration.
Execute interactive product demonstrations.
Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
Leave a positive, lasting impression after each store visit.
