About The Position

We are seeking a creative and strategic eCommerce Brand Manager to lead the growth of our proprietary brand. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO. You will be the guardian of our brand’s soul—responsible for defining its essence, building its presence from the ground up, and driving growth primarily through innovative social media strategies and high-quality content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree: in Marketing, Business, biology, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Brand Management or Brand Operations.
  • Social Media Savvy : Proven track record of building and managing successful social media accounts for consumer brands.
  • Content Expertise : Strong ability to output creative briefs and collaborate with production teams to generate high-quality video and static content.
  • Communication : Exceptional storytelling and English writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex brand missions simply.
  • Revenue-Oriented Mindset: Experience working with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses, with a strong understanding of how brand building translates into revenue growth. Ability to connect content, traffic, and conversion across multiple digital channels, and optimize for measurable business outcomes.
  • AI-Driven Content Scaling: Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to accelerate content production and iteration. Ability to rapidly generate, test, and refine content through structured A/B testing, and analyze performance to continuously improve efficiency and ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Building & Strategy : Lead the end-to-end development of our proprietary brand products. Translate the brand’s mission and values into a cohesive visual and verbal identity.
  • Social Media Powerhouse : Own the strategy and execution for all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). You will be responsible for growing an authentic community and increasing brand awareness.
  • Content Vision & Execution: Deeply understand the brand’s "DNA" and produce original content that resonates. Work closely with video/design production teams to turn brand concepts into viral and engaging assets. Translate brand strategy into clear creative briefs, manage content production planning and timelines, and coordinate with design/video teams to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality output across all channels.
  • Community & Distribution: Manage daily social media operations, including posting schedules, community engagement, and multi-channel content distribution to maximize reach.
  • Performance Tracking: Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies, ensuring every campaign aligns with the brand’s long-term growth and CEO’s vision.
