About The Position

We are seeking a Brand Manager to join our marketing team full-time, Monday through Friday. This role will lead brand strategy and execution for a portfolio of key CADY product lines, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is both strategic and detail-oriented, with a passion for branding and the ability to translate insights into impactful marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience building and growing B2C consumer brands
  • Proven ability to connect brand strategy to measurable business outcomes
  • Experience with customer segmentation, targeting, and audience insights
  • Strong background in integrated marketing across digital channels (email, social, web, content)
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand campaigns
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, digital, and product teams
  • Strong writing and editing skills for marketing content
  • Experience utilizing various methodologies to understand consumers, identify opportunity areas, and drive cohesive experiences
  • Experience working with external partners is a plus
  • Retail or e-commerce experience preferred
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment regularly.
  • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach within an office environment.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 15 lbs., such as files, office supplies, or equipment.
  • Comfortable working in a standard indoor office setting with moderate noise levels.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and through virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Identity Define and evolve brand positioning, messaging, and identity across assigned product lines.
  • Ensure consistency across all customer-facing channels, including website, email, SMS, social media, video, and campaigns.
  • Product Line Ownership Support the successful launch and ongoing marketing of assigned product lines, developing positioning and go-to-market strategies that drive awareness and engagement.
  • Style Guides & Governance Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all content and touchpoints.
  • Creative Collaboration Develop and manage creative briefs, partnering closely with the Creative team to bring campaigns and content to life.
  • Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure all deliverables align with brand standards and voice.
  • Campaign & Initiative Execution Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns and seasonal initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and the CADY marketing calendar.
  • Performance & Insights Partner closely with the Finance team and Marketing Analyst to measure and analyze campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Leverage audience research, market trends, and customer data to inform strategy.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making Partner with Marketing Analysts to understand performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI, using data to optimize campaigns, product positioning, product merchandising and guide future initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams—including Creative, Digital, Product, and Marketing—to ensure alignment across initiatives and product launches.
  • Industry Awareness Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and innovative.
