About The Position

We are looking for potential talent for Brand Manager. This role will drive brand/portfolio growth and own P&L via insights-based strategy planning and strong cross-function and agency leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of brand marketing experience in Consumer Products marketing.
• Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications and media plan to drive brand share growth.
• Strong financial/logical thinking capabilities and business acumen.
• Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual market activation plan, aligned to 3-year growth drivers, partnering with a consumer-centric cross-functional team and agency partners.
• Own the annual brand Profit & Loss (P&L), delivering sales and profit targets while actively managing budget spend.
• Strengthen brand equity through effective deployment and localization of global/area toolkits.
• Execute the innovation pipeline and drive best-in-class execution to bring brand strategy to life across media, creative development, and digital programs.
• Manage agency and cross-functional relationships locally and above-market, partnering with Sales/Trade Marketing to win in-store and deliver effective go-to-market plans across channels.
