The Brand Manager, Global position on NUK will support the development and execution of global innovation and growth initiatives. This role is a critical team member responsible for ensuring collaboration, communication, and strong execution of global plans across all regions and countries. The manager will oversee the business with a focus on increasing gross margin and overall brand profitability, collaborate across all key functions globally, and communicate regularly with regions and countries to ensure proper adaptation of the global brand strategy, positioning, architecture, innovation, and marketing plans. The role also involves refining the global brand strategy and positioning in partnership with the leadership team to align with market trends and consumer insights. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of brand management and innovation leadership experience, coupled with a proven ability to drive omnichannel growth in multiple sales channels.
