About The Position

As a Brand Engagement Strategist on our Digital Marketing team, you'll be a pivotal player in executing targeted email and social media marketing campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients. Your role involves combining creativity with analytics to design, execute, and optimize email and social media marketing strategies. Requirements

  • Legally able to work in Canada and located in Calgary, AB
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or client relationship management
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media/email marketing preferred
  • 1+ years of experience with automation platforms is considered an asset.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and key performance indicators
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Hubspot, or and Constant Contact.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and innovative thinking

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on delivering an exceptional client experience that is tailored to the specific needs of each individual, ensuring satisfaction and long-lasting relationships.
  • Articulate brand voice and objectives tailored to each client's needs, translating them into strategic social media and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content writers, editors, videographers, and visual designers, offering detailed briefs and constructive feedback to align with client goals.
  • Oversee social media, email and automation calendars, ensuring adherence to timelines and effective content delivery.
  • Conduct ongoing performance analyses to measure campaign effectiveness, providing insights and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Continuously stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure we are ahead of the curve.
