About the position
The Brand Designer will be responsible for creating visual solutions for brand needs across various channels, with a focus on digitally native design. They will work closely with the Creative & Design team and collaborate with marketing and channel stakeholders to ensure that all design executions align with the brand's visual design language. This mid-level role involves supporting individual project timelines, working with Senior Designers, and overcoming obstacles. The ideal candidate should have experience in content design, typography, brand building, and supporting UI/UX teams. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is required, and experience with Shopify and other tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support in the execution of immersive & engaging design for the company's website, ensuring alignment with business strategy
- Support the creation of new user experiences for acquisition & sales flows within the Shopify platform
- Incorporate feedback into future designs, ensuring alignment with brand, consumer, and site KPIs
- Participate in the creative process for reviews with key stakeholders through mock-ups
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand and tone across all touchpoints
- Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers & Creative Leadership throughout the design process to meet time commitments
- Collaborate with digital product and key business leads to build engaging brand experiences
- Ability to work on multiple projects of varying sizes
- BA/BS degree required
- 4+ years of experience in content design, campaign and advertising, typography, brand building and maintenance, supporting eCommerce and Mass Retail
- Experience with brand design systems, typography, composition, and messaging hierarchy
- Experience supporting UI/UX Teams
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Motion, and 3D graphics are a plus
- Understanding of brand building, e-Commerce best practices, and ability to deliver quality work.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 4+ years of experience in content design, campaign and advertising, typography, brand building and maintenance, supporting both eCommerce and Mass Retail
- Experience with brand design systems with a sensibility for typography, composition, and messaging hierarchy
- Experience supporting UI/UX Teams a must
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Motion and 3D graphics are a plus
- Understanding of brand and brand building, e-Commerce best practices, and can deliver immersive and engaging designs for websites
- Ability to work on multiple projects both large and small.
