About The Position

Vego Garden is seeking a highly organized Brand & Creative Project Manager to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns, product launches, brand experiences, and creative asset production. This role sits at the intersection of product, branding, and creative work and serves as a strategic partner in prioritizing and executing projects across a fast-moving, cross-functional organization. The manager will maintain a reliable source of truth across tools, teams, and time zones, and will be the first person in this role. The role owns the shared project-management system used by team managers and personally manages work that crosses teams or lacks an owner. It covers request intake and governance, approval processes, a department-wide calendar, cross-functional coordination, vendor logistics and budget tracking, asset-library structure and lifecycle, scalable workflows and training, meeting cadence, leadership planning support, and regular reporting. The position works with Product, Growth, Customer Experience, Sales, agency partners, and teams across two continents. This is a full-time hybrid position based at Vego Garden’s Tomball headquarters and Spring farmhouse, with work at both locations on various days. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with one remote workday and four onsite days per week. The position involves desk and outdoor farm work and the physical activities and environmental exposure described below.
