About The Position

Avam is an applied and materials sciences company developing biology, chemistry, and materials-science products for testing, research, manufacturing, and cleaner energy applications. The Brand Content Writer will help shape how Avam communicates its story to customers and stakeholders, expressing the company’s voice across the customer journey. The role turns complex ideas into accessible, accurate, and compelling messaging and works with scientific and cross-functional teams to strengthen the brand, support commercial goals, and explain the value of Avam’s products and capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional brand or content writing experience.
• Experience managing multiple content projects while maintaining brand voice and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with campaign messaging and product positioning.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, email platforms, and design or collaboration tools.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Experience translating complex scientific information into accessible, accurate content.
• A degree in a scientific or related field.
• Familiarity with SEO tools.
• Prior experience in biotechnology, life sciences, materials science, clean energy, or a similar scientific industry.
• Experience working directly with scientific experts, product teams, and sales and marketing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand stories that make complex scientific concepts clear and compelling.
• Write website, campaign, product, email, and sales enablement content.
• Collaborate with scientific experts to ensure content accuracy and credibility.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across digital and print channels.
• Research customer audiences and translate insights into relevant messaging.
