About The Position
The Brand Ambassador represents Renuity at in-store retail events and local marketing campaigns. The role engages customers face-to-face to educate them about and promote premium home improvement solutions, delivers product presentations, and generates qualified leads. Team members participate in ongoing paid training and professional development, with the position serving as a potential starting point for a longer-term career in Sales or Leadership. The role may involve traveling to multiple locations in one day or attending community events, including places that may not be near public transit. Opportunities are listed for 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, either Wednesday–Sunday or Friday–Tuesday.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivation and a drive to exceed performance goals.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
- Reliable transportation; the role may require travel to multiple locations in one day or to community events that may not be near public transit.
