About The Position

Renuity is hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent the company at in-store retail events and local marketing campaigns. The role involves engaging with customers face-to-face, educating them about premium home improvement solutions, delivering product presentations, and generating qualified leads. Employees participate in ongoing training and professional development, with the opportunity to build a long-term career in sales or leadership. The position offers a starting wage of $18 per hour, plus uncapped commission and performance incentives. Entry Level Sales Development Specialists typically earn $50,000–$60,000 per year, and top performers may earn more than $80,000 annually. Paid training and potential sign-on bonuses are available. Work schedules are 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., either Wednesday–Sunday or Friday–Tuesday. Reliable transportation is required because the role may involve traveling to multiple locations or community events in one day.

Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Self-motivation and a drive to exceed performance goals.
Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
Reliable transportation; the role may require travel between locations or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit.
