About The Position

Renuity is hiring a Brand Ambassador in Fairfield, Connecticut, to represent the company at in-store retail events and local marketing campaigns. The starting wage is $18 per hour, plus uncapped commission and performance incentives. Brand Ambassadors typically earn $50,000–$60,000 annually, with top performers earning more than $80,000. A potential sign-on bonus may be available. Work opportunities are scheduled from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, either Wednesday through Sunday or Friday through Tuesday. The role may require travel between multiple locations in one day or attendance at community events.

Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Self-motivation and a drive to exceed performance goals.
Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
Reliable transportation; the role may require travel to multiple locations in one day or to community events that may not be near public transit.
