About The Position
The Brand Ambassador represents Renuity at in-store retail events and local marketing campaigns. The role involves engaging customers face-to-face, educating them about and promoting home improvement solutions, delivering product presentations, and generating qualified leads. Team members participate in ongoing training and professional development, with opportunities to pursue a long-term career in Sales or Leadership. The position is based in Torrington, Connecticut, and may involve travel between multiple locations or to community events during the same day.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivation and a drive to exceed performance goals.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
- Reliable transportation; the role may require travel between multiple locations in one day or attendance at community events, some of which may not be near public transit.
