About The Position

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is hiring outgoing and reliable part-time Brand Ambassadors to represent the company at local events, retail stores, and community locations. The role involves starting conversations with potential customers, sharing information about window and door solutions, and helping schedule free in-home consultations for the sales team. Paid training is provided in communication, lead generation, and event marketing. The position pays $21.50 per hour, with weekly performance bonuses, mileage reimbursement, tuition assistance or reimbursement, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport.
• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Interested in gaining experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
• Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Personal reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver's license required.
