About The Position

Momentum Solar is hiring Brand Ambassadors to work inside BJ's Wholesale Club. You will be stationed at a table inside BJ's during club hours, talking with members who pass by. Training covers everything you need to know about solar. Your role involves engaging shoppers, initiating conversations about solar energy's potential benefits for their electric bills, and booking free consultations with the design team for interested individuals. This is a customer-facing role focused on generating leads within a retail environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends.
• Genuinely like people and can start a conversation with anyone.
• Ability to stay upbeat through slow periods.
• Ability to show up on time, every time.
• Ability to present yourself professionally and follow BJ's in-club standards.
