About The Position

The Brand Ambassador, also known as a Syncron Crew Member, represents Syncron and KHUS brands at sampling activations, events, trade shows, retail promotions, on-campus activations, and local events. The role creates memorable consumer experiences by offering complimentary samples, educating consumers, building brand awareness and loyalty, and supporting gross sales. Ambassadors work across Carson, California, and neighboring areas, reporting to the home office in Torrance, California and/or traveling to event locations. This is a part-time, non-exempt hourly position paying $28 per hour and is ineligible for Kowa benefits.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must currently reside within the required territory geography or be willing to relocate.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to lift and move up to 65 pounds individually and greater weight with assistance.
Physical ability to bend, stretch, stoop, climb, and perform other physical activities associated with selling, demonstrating, and marketing products in the assigned territory.
Ability to stand, remain mobile, and/or sit for prolonged periods.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of relevant field marketing or brand ambassador experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive trial, awareness, and excitement for the Syncron brand and products.
Proactively sample products and educate and engage a wide variety of consumers in memorable one-to-one interactions.
Build positive rapport and authentic, lasting brand loyalty with consumers.
Represent Syncron at events and trade shows, retail promotions, on-campus activations, and local events.
Deliver products and promotional collateral in ways that leave a lasting impression.
Adapt to different environments while staying true to Syncron’s personality and values.
Identify additional sales and sampling opportunities and relay information to the Team Manager.
Contribute to a positive team environment.
Embody Kowa’s company values and treat people politely and respectfully.
Provide accurate recaps of daily sampling efforts, including inventory counts and consumer feedback as needed after each shift.
Take high-quality sampling photos showing consumers engaged with and enjoying samples.
Perform other duties as assigned.
