About The Position
Headkount is seeking experienced beauty professionals to represent beauty brands inside major beauty retailers in their local market. This part-time W-2 role is scheduled at beauty retail locations across the Denver market area. Compensation is $26.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience. Weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with a beauty brand or retailer.
- A strong background in beauty sales and education.
- Experience hosting beauty events.
- A confident, professional, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability and drive to work independently.
- A working smartphone and comfort using apps and video calls.
- Reliable transportation to stores across the market.
- Weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet goals for the brands supported.
- Train store teams on product knowledge and selling strategies.
- Host and participate in brand events.
- Maintain merchandising so it looks sharp and on-brand.
- Complete a store survey after each shift and stay connected through the Headkount app.
