About The Position
Headkount is seeking experienced beauty professionals to act as the face of top beauty brands within major beauty retailers. This part-time W-2 position offers competitive hourly pay, with shifts scheduled at various beauty retail locations in the market area. Weekend availability is required. The role involves driving sales, educating store teams on products and selling techniques, hosting brand events, and maintaining brand presentation. Responsibilities also include completing post-shift store surveys and using the Headkount app for communication.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with a beauty brand or retailer
- A strong beauty selling and education background
- Experience hosting beauty events
- A confident, professional, team-player attitude
- The drive to work independently
- A working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls
- Reliable transportation to stores across the market
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and hit goals for the brands you support
- Train store teams on product knowledge and selling strategies
- Host and take part in brand events
- Keep merchandising looking sharp and on-brand
- Complete a quick store survey after each shift and stay connected through the Headkount app
