About The Position

Ace Handyman Services is seeking a talented, multi-skilled Craftsman who is committed to quality work and customer service. The role requires an independent thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills who can complete assigned work in a timely and professional manner and enjoys the variety of services offered to customers. The Craftsman completes maintenance and repairs for residential and commercial projects, performing detailed work across materials such as wood, metal, ceramics, and textiles as project needs require. The role includes selecting suitable materials, using and maintaining hand and power tools, and delivering customer experiences that support an average customer review rating of at least 4.5 stars. This position requires driving a company vehicle and meeting company motor vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements. Applicants must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least three continuous years immediately preceding the application date. The role is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future. Physical requirements include standing, walking, climbing ladders and stairs of at least 15 feet, lifting at least 50 pounds without assistance, and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling. Work may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation for a known disability. The listed compensation is $21.00–$34.00 per hour. Requirements

At least 3–5 years of experience in multiple trades.
Current, valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Own a truck or van.
Own personal tools.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Ability to become OSHA 10 Certified after 90 days of employment.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Proficient with technology.
Meet company motor vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements for driving a company vehicle.
Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least three continuous years immediately preceding the application date.
Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs at least 15 feet high.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds without assistance.
Ability to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
Natural or corrected vision sufficient for close, distance, and peripheral vision with normal depth perception.

Nice To Haves

Experience providing job estimates for time and cost, and billing; highly preferred.
Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus.
