About The Position

We are seeking a Brand Activation Manager to develop and execute our offline brand roadmap in Germany. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for activations, including concept development, production, on-site execution, and post-event analysis. You will identify and develop opportunities in out-of-home channels and cultural venues where fermentation and gut health are relevant, aiming to convert visibility into sales. This position requires strong stakeholder and partner management, including coordinating internal teams, agencies, service providers, event organizers, promoters, and retail partners. You will also be responsible for budget planning and control, defining KPIs, evaluating performance, and creating playbooks for future activations.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Brand Activation, Experiential, Event, Field, or Trade Marketing, Sponsoring, or a comparable field, either on the brand or agency side.
  • Proven experience managing projects requiring close coordination between internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, service providers, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Commercial acumen, understanding the need to balance emotion with business value, including experience with budgets, KPIs, performance reviews, and ROI.
  • Experience in closing deals from research to listing, both digitally and on-site.
  • Deep understanding of the German market, including culture, consumers, events, retail, and lifestyle trends.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with experience interacting with agencies, service providers, event organizers, buyers, and management.
  • Hands-on and solution-oriented approach, comfortable working between strategy and execution.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout Germany, including weekends.
