About The Position

Dort Financial Credit Union is seeking a Branch Support Specialist to provide a full range of Credit Union services. The role describes available services, answers members’ questions, and assists new and existing members in selecting services, including loans, cash, and teller services. The specialist reconciles member problems and accounts and builds and strengthens member relationships by matching financial needs with Credit Union products and services. The position calls for a positive, outgoing person with excellent communication skills. Key activities include managing the lobby, educating members about money management, generating sales referrals, and demonstrating how the Credit Union can improve members’ financial well-being.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED. At least one year of credit union or financial experience in customer contact is preferred. Candidates must be bondable and have working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office or similar software. Work authorization sponsorship is not available; candidates are responsible for ensuring they are legally authorized to work where they apply.
