Requirements

At least three years of direct leadership experience
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Sound judgment
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills

Responsibilities

Leads, coaches, and develops branch team members to achieve individual and branch goals.
Fosters a member-first culture focused on exceptional service, relationship building, and business growth.
Oversees daily branch operations, including consumer lending, membership, deposit services, and member support, while providing hands-on operational assistance as needed.
Drives branch performance by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and overall results.
Collaborates with branch and lending leaders to effectively manage scheduling across member services, supporting operational goals and team performance.
Ensures compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Partners with leaders across the organization to support operational excellence and a consistent member experience.
