About The Position

IHMVCU is seeking a Branch Supervisor to build professional, personable relationships with members and team members through attentive listening and well-informed recommendations. The role handles a variety of member and team member situations with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. It is based in Davenport, Iowa, with occasional regional travel to assist other branch locations. The pay range is $18.00–$22.00 per hour; final compensation depends on factors including relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong history of proven relationship-building performance.
Exceptional member service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Professional interpersonal communication skills and ability to motivate and coach a team.
Reliability, dependability, and responsibility in all situations.

Nice To Haves

Additional education in finance, business, or a related field.
Prior leadership experience in a financial institution, customer service, or retail environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure branch operations run smoothly, including vault and cash-drawer balancing and operation of the coin counter, cash advance machines, check scanner, and debit card machine.
Develop Universal Tellers and ensure they are informed about policies, procedures, and other relevant topics.
Provide consistent one-on-one and observational coaching, and motivate and energize the team.
Manage multiple tasks and projects productively while adapting to a fast-paced environment.
