About The Position

Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a Branch Relationship Manager to join its team in Andover, New Hampshire. Requirements

• Proven ability to develop business and exceed growth goals.
• Two to four years of related experience in business, financial services, or sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, conflict management, motivational, and management skills.
• Self-motivated, with demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement.
• Comfort with technology, including computers, smartphones, iPads, and online banking.
• Business development experience.
• Strong management skills.
