About The Position

Our Lacey team is looking for a Branch Operations Supervisor! where you’ll play a key role in driving branch success and delivering exceptional member service. In this role you will support daily operations, coach and help implement new products, services, and process improvements. Requirements

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience in a financial institution or related field. Related work experience may be substituted, year for year, for educational requirements
One to two years of previous supervisory experience and/or demonstrated leadership skills
One year of experience in the selection and hiring of staff; preferably within a financial institution or related industry
Must be bondable

Responsibilities

Help the branch grow and meet sales targets
Foster strong relationships with key members
Coach and mentor the teller and new accounts/loans staff in their sales and service tasks
Promote and deliver deposit services to our members
Refer opportunities to the investments and mortgage teams and work with them to ensure referrals come back to the branch
Assist in branch needs – from taking loan applications to new account opening and teller services – ensuring top-notch service
Represent the credit union in the community by participating in events and organizations - be the local “face” of the credit union
