About The Position

Our DuPont team is looking for a Branch Operations Supervisor! where you’ll play a key role in driving branch success and delivering exceptional member service. In this role you will support daily operations, coach and help implement new products, services, and process improvements. Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience in a financial institution or related field. Related work experience may be substituted, year for year, for educational requirements
• One to two years of previous supervisory experience and/or demonstrated leadership skills
• One year of experience in the selection and hiring of staff; preferably within a financial institution or related industry
• Must be bondable

Responsibilities

• Help the branch grow and meet sales targets
• Foster strong relationships with key members
• Coach and mentor the teller and new accounts/loans staff in their sales and service tasks
• Promote and deliver deposit services to our members
• Refer opportunities to the investments and mortgage teams and work with them to ensure referrals come back to the branch
• Assist in branch needs – from taking loan applications to new account opening and teller services – ensuring top-notch service
• Represent the credit union in the community by participating in events and organizations - be the local “face” of the credit union
