About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The role supports customer experience and branch operations by processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital banking solutions, and connecting customers with bankers. The coordinator completes routine to moderately complex operational and customer-support work while following bank procedures and minimizing risk. The position also supports the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling, helps resolve teller-line issues under regional banking management direction, and assists customers and employees with concerns or complaints. The role involves identifying services that meet customers’ financial needs and motivating a diverse team to achieve business objectives. Employees receive managerial guidance and exercise judgment within established policies and procedures. The schedule may include most Saturdays. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service and issue-resolution support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and approve teller transactions, share digital solutions, and make appropriate introductions to bankers.
Complete operational activities while minimizing risks and following established policies.
Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer-support tasks using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners.
Support the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling.
Resolve daily teller-line operational issues under the direction of regional banking management.
Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints.
Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions.
Identify information and services that meet customers’ financial needs.
Motivate a diverse team to achieve its potential and meet established business objectives.
