About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The role supports customer experience by processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital banking solutions, and connecting customers with bankers. It completes operational activities in accordance with established policies while minimizing risk, and handles routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks. The coordinator supports the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling, resolves teller-line operational issues under regional banking management, and helps customers and employees resolve or escalate concerns. The role provides excellent service, identifies information and services relevant to customers’ financial needs, and motivates a diverse team to meet business objectives. The employee receives management guidance and exercises judgment within defined policies and procedures. The role is based at one of the listed Poway or Ramona, California branch locations, though positions may not be available at every listed location. The schedule may include most Saturdays. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The stated base pay range is $23.00–$30.25; employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service and issue-resolution support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and approve teller transactions, share digital solutions, and make appropriate introductions to bankers.
Complete operational activities while minimizing risks and following established policies.
Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners.
Support the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling.
Resolve daily teller-line operational issues under the direction of regional banking management.
Help customers and employees resolve or escalate concerns or complaints.
Provide service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions.
Identify information and services that meet customers’ financial needs.
Motivate a diverse team to achieve its potential and meet established business objectives.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; escalate and remediate issues appropriately.
