About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The position supports customer experience by processing and approving teller transactions, introducing customers to digital solutions and bankers, and completing operational activities while minimizing risk under established policies. The coordinator performs routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer-support tasks using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners. The role supports the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling, resolves daily teller-line issues under the direction of regional banking management, and helps customers and employees resolve or escalate concerns and complaints. The coordinator works with guidance from managers and uses judgment within defined policies and procedures. They provide attentive customer service, identify information and services that address customers’ financial needs, and motivate a diverse team to reach its potential and meet business objectives. The position is based at the Ghent Branch posting location, 2000 Colonial Ave., Norfolk, Virginia. The schedule may include most Saturdays. The role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service and issue-resolution support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.

Responsibilities
