About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The position supports customer experience by processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. It performs operational and customer-support tasks in accordance with bank procedures and products, while minimizing risk under established policies. The coordinator supports the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling, helps resolve teller-line issues under regional banking management, and assists customers and employees with resolving or escalating concerns. The role requires providing excellent customer service, identifying information and services that can meet customers’ financial needs, and motivating a diverse team to meet business objectives. The schedule may include most Saturdays. The position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service and issue-resolution support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and approve teller transactions, share digital solutions, and make appropriate introductions to bankers.
Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies.
Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer-support tasks using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners.
Support the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling.
Resolve daily teller-line operational issues under the direction of regional banking management.
Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints.
Provide excellent service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions.
Identify information and services that meet customers’ financial needs.
Motivate a diverse team to achieve its potential and meet established business objectives.
Follow applicable risk programs, policies, and procedures, and appropriately escalate and remediate issues.
